Preface: at present, there is a large demand for Bluetooth speakers in the market. In the next few years, the number of enterprises in China's Bluetooth speaker industry will still show a rapid upward trend, driving the industry's output and supply to rise. It is expected that the output of China's Bluetooth speaker industry will exceed 60million units by 2022.  
 
Since the development and production of Bluetooth audio equipment in China, our company has also developed the battery of audio equipment, which is suitable for all kinds of convenient Bluetooth speakers and has been introduced to the market. Our mobile audio battery solution adopts mature lithium battery technology, which has strong battery endurance. Compared with domestic lithium battery pack, it has the characteristics of high capacity, good consistency, high accuracy and stability of protection circuit, stable charge and discharge performance, good cycle life, good high and low temperature performance and strong seismic resistance.  
   
Design requirements:
I. design requirements for Bluetooth speaker battery:
According to product specifications and customer requirements, the supporting battery pack is designed to integrate high-specification safety performance, good charge and discharge performance, and outstanding long-term reliability functions into the solution.
II. Battery design scheme:
1) protection board (PCM): it is mainly a protection circuit designed for rechargeable high-capacity battery packs, which can provide protection functions such as overcharge, over discharge, short circuit, overcurrent and temperature sampling for lithium batteries.  
2) Protection IC: the main protection function chip of the design scheme. The imported Seiko scheme s8254 is adopted to monitor the function of the cell, so that the cell can work in a safe, stable and efficient range. The main IC chip has fixed protection parameters to match with 18650 cells, and can detect the voltage of each battery from time to time.
3) lithium battery: 18650/2600mah/3.7v lithium battery
4) MOSFET: MOSFET, which plays a switching role in the protection circuit.
5) ntc: high precision thermistor, sampling the temperature of the battery pack.
6) battery pack packaging: the outer packaging can be made according to customer needs.  
7) seismic performance: the battery pack is wrapped in PVC. Good seismic performance.
