Our company's lamp battery scheme uses mature lithium battery technology, battery pack safety performance, strong endurance. Compared with domestic lithium battery pack, it has the characteristics of high capacity, good consistency, high precision and good stability of protection circuit, stable charging-discharge performance, good cycle life, good high and low temperature performance and strong seismic resistance.

Design requirements:


One, lamp battery design requirements:
According to product specifications and customer requirements, the battery pack is designed to integrate high safety performance, good charge and discharge performance, and outstanding long-term reliability into the solution.
Ii. Battery design Scheme:
1) Protection plate (PCM) : it is mainly a protection line designed for rechargeable high-capacity battery pack, which can provide protection functions such as overcharge, overdischarge, short circuit, overcurrent and temperature sampling for lithium battery.
2) Protection IC: the main Protection function chip of the design scheme. High-precision IC program is adopted to monitor the function of the cell, so that the cell can work in a safe, stable and efficient range. The main control IC chip has fixed protection parameters matching with 18650 cell, which can always detect the voltage of each battery.
3) Lithium battery: 18650/2600mah /3.7V lithium battery
4) Field effect tube (MOSFET) : MOSFET tube, which plays a switching role in the protection circuit.
5) Battery pack packaging: the outer packaging can be made according to customer requirements.
6) Seismic performance: the battery pack is wrapped in PVC. Good seismic performance.
