Since the domestic development of standby power supply, our company has also developed the battery of standby power supply, which is suitable for standby power supply and has been introduced to the market. The battery scheme of our backup power supply adopts mature lithium battery technology, which has strong battery endurance. Compared with the domestic lithium battery pack, it has the characteristics of high capacity, good consistency, stable high current output, stable charge and discharge performance, good cycle life, good high and low temperature performance, and strong seismic resistance.  
   
Design requirements:
I. design requirements for standby power battery:
According to product specifications and customer requirements, the supporting battery pack is designed to integrate high-specification safety performance, battery power, good charge and discharge performance, and outstanding long-term reliability functions into the solution.
II. Battery design scheme of electric scooter:
1) protection board (PCM): it is mainly a protection circuit designed for rechargeable high-capacity battery packs, which can provide protection functions such as overcharge, over discharge, short circuit, over-current and over temperature for lithium batteries.  
2) Protection IC: the main protection function chip of the design scheme. Monitor the function of the cell, so that the cell can work in a safe, stable and efficient range. The main IC chip has fixed protection parameters to match with 18650 cells, and can detect the voltage and temperature of each battery from time to time.
3) lithium battery: 18650/2500mah/3.7v lithium battery
4) field effect transistor (MOSFET): low impedance MOSFET, which plays a switching role in the protection circuit.
5) battery pack packaging: the outer packaging can be made according to customer needs.  
6) seismic performance: 18650 battery special support is used inside the battery, which has reached super seismic performance.
